Riccardo Caldarera è dottorando di ricerca in Disuguaglianze, Differenze, Partecipazione presso l’Università degli Studi di Palermo. Tra i suoi temi di ricerca il rapporto tra condotte devianti e reazione sociale, la costruzione delle maschilità e la giustizia penale minorile, il rapporto tra generi, sessualità e violenza. È autore di svariati lavori su riviste e volumi scientifici nazionali e internazionali.Tra i suoi ultimi contributi “I’m not a faggot, I’m a man”. Male sex workers doing masculinity talking sex (con C. Rinaldi, M. Bacio, Routledge, 2025) e Maschi come «cento cani sopra una gatta»? Maschilità, crimine e condotte devianti. Ipotesi teoriche e applicative per la riflessione socio-criminologica (con Cirus Rinaldi, Minori Giustizia, 2024).
